problem installing

Please, I bought the license of Biblioscape 7.2 last week, and I have no recieved any e-mail with the serial number and the user name. I was using the trial version, but the evaluation copy was expired and now it is not possible to work.

I have problem sending you email. The two emails I sent all bounced back. Do you have another email account? Like a Microsoft, Yahoo, or Google email? Thanks.
