uses of biblioweb

I thought biblioweb would solve my issues while managing multiple users for the same database.
I just tested the demo. Paul, could you please clarify these issues?

1. How can I add references from NCBI? Rather than entering every information manually?
2. How can I add attachments?
3. Attachments for any references are not showing in the demo? Probably does not exist?
4. Is it customizable - list of references on a single page? and sorting? Clicking 'next' previous is tedious.
5. If I copy the .bsl and attachments from the webserver, can it be used locally in a computer rather than web access?

BiblioWeb cannot do 1 and 2.

BiblioWeb cannot do 1 and 2. it should show the attachment link. If your database folder and its attachment folder is under "...\BiblioWeb\", user will be able to access it. It is not very customizable. But you can do sorting and change the number of records displayed in the list view. If you copy the database to your local computer, Bibliocsape can open it because BiblioWeb and Biblioscape opens the same database. BiblioWeb is a little dated. We will work on a new version later. Thanks.

Paul, could you then also

Paul, could you then also make visible the references in virtual folders? I think this would be the logical consequence of diminishing the importance of 'old' folders in BS 7. Thanks, Lars
