I´ve just purchased Biblioscape 7 using credit card form but I didn´t received registration data. I´ve sent an email to Biblioscape (support ) without any response. So, I need a user name and serial number as soon as possible or if Biblioscape makers can´t give me what I bought, I just want my money back.

I have bought the biblioscape 7.2. last week and I have not recieved any mail with the serial number and the user name. I would like to obtained it during this morning, if not please, can you tell me what to do?
