Paul,
in 7.27 in notes the links to references are behaving strange: The first Link I insert in a note is like always. On the link tab I can read:
"Link relationship": "Cited" and on the "Link description" is no text
But the second link to reference is showing differently:
"Link relationship": "TempCited" and on the "Link description" are to be found strange signs: "...}the higher the adaptational pressures" ***[Cowles, 2001 (, 7 u.Q.) #3345]***...."
When I open the Link to edit the link relationship whith right mouse click the "Link description" is empty.
Thanks
Marcus
I observe also: that in
I observe also:
that in references on the Links tab for every temporary citation I create in a note I find now a link. So, when I insert two or more temporary citations of one reference in the same note Biblioscape is creating for each temporary citation a link with the above described artefacts. This shouldn't be the case.
I think this is a very damageable behavior because it hampers extremely the work of users. Therefore, a solution should be found urgently.
Thanks
Marcus
Those links are
Those links are auto-generated for the future composition module. We are not sure they should be hidden from note record window links tab.
Paul, I think in references
Paul,
I think in references on the notes tab users should have the possibility to see the linked note(s) only once. Now, if I insert more than one temporary citation in a note on the note tab, I see this relationship two, three etc. times as same note. I think this hampers visibility. Furthermore all the link relationships are also represented in the Link tab. Perhaps there is a solution to give users the choice to see either all temporary citations in notes or (as until 7.26) notes only one time represented even if there are more than one temporary citation in the same note.
Thanks
Marcus
