In Reference modul on the Preview pane "Formatted" all records are intended after the first line as shown below:

The same happens when I'm shooting a reference formated to Word or when I creat an export of references via Export *.rtf.
Is there a way to change this?

You can change this by
You can change this by editing the style used. Please go to "Tools | Styles | Output Styles". Select the style used, and double click a sub-style on the right. Go to the "Reference List / Bibliography" tab, then go to the "Layout" tab. Change the Indentation Hanging to 0.0.
