My grant is due tommorrow, and tried to format, nothing is happening. it looks like doing something, but then in the rtf file everything with temp citations are present.

paul - for these kinds of emergency, could you please provide some tel # to reach? we spent so much money buying the software and end up with high stress and loss in productivity.

drb, it seems the problem is
drb, it seems the problem is caused by the same bug Paul Jacobson has reported. The special font definition will make this bug manifests. This bug is fixed in 7.26 release which is already released. If 7.26 doesn't fix your formatting problem, please email me the documents before and after the formatting tomorrow. Thanks.

Just thought to let you know. That seems to ahve fixed the problem. It worked.
I guess, hereafter i ahve to work bit ahead of deadlines (which 99% of us can't do) so as to avoid panic and excess stress with software related issues.
