This worked in bs v6 - I found it really helpful when I wanted to be able to see a good reference relevant to multiple areas - I simply had it 'copied' in to all the different relevant folders. Cleverly, they all referred to the same underlying reference record, so changing one changed them all.
This does not seem to be the case in bs v7 - you can only have a reference in a single folder - is there any way to change this, or for that matter might this feature be installed in a forthcoming sub-release of bs v7?
