Inputting Reference Problem

Hey Paul,
I was trying to input new reference types through "options", however, there is suddenly an error coming which shows " List index out of bounds". Since then, i could not input any more new reference. I am an beginner with this software and i am wondering how could this happened and how to solve this problem.

You can replace all the

You can replace all the files under "...\Reftypes" folder by the default ones. If you can then reproduce this bug. Please let me know. Thanks.
