I can't format a manuscript...checked for spurious [] etc, restored database (no corruption), removed objects inserted in text all to no avail. Downloaded patches also. What can I do?

Please zip all the files under your database folder and email me the zip plus the files you were trying to format. Please also let me know which output style was used. Thanks. support@biblioscape.com
