List out of bounds problem

Paul,

I can't add anymore a reference without having "List out of bounds (21)" error while exporting the references under a folder (via BibTex). When I delete the last created reference all works perfect. But then, If I create another one the same problem occurs.

I think this problem came into my database when I created a reference and didn't see that a second copy of Biblioscape was running on my machine. I tried then to export my references in one folder (via BibTex) and here the problem comes up for the first time. I closed both applications and made a "Database Rebuild" with "No corruptions are found". But this didn't solve the problem.

I thank you very much for your advice.
Marcus

I observed also following

I observed also following behavior: Obviously, while exporting Biblioscape change the destination file from *.bib to *.htm
E:\Biblioscape\temp\htmlTempExp.htm

Hope that helps. Thanks
Marcus

Marcus, I have not seen

Marcus, I have not seen this problem before. It will be much easier if you can zip your database folder and email me the zip. Thanks.

Database

Paul,

did you receive my database? Is there a way to fix the problem?

Thank you very much
Marcus

Marcus, I got your database.

Marcus, I got your database. But I cannot reproduce the problems. I can add new references and export in BibTeX format. Please let me know the detailed steps to reproduce the problem. Thanks.

Problems

Paul,

please try following steps:
1) In folder "Regierungslehre" go to the "Export ..."-command on the toolbar and select "BibTex -- LaTex" as export-filter. Then start export. This provoke a "List index out of bounds (14)" error.

I can also observe within this problem, that the export filter ("BibTex -- LaTex") changes "automatically" while exporting to "BibTex for HTML". Other export filters are working fine. I tried yet deleting the BibTex export filters and reimport them after a download from the webside, but this didn't help

2) In folder "Geschichte" create a new reference. This reference will be saved in the folder but is not visible in the reference view (just like it was in no folder). In other folders I can't observe this behavior.

I hope this helps. Thank you very much!
Marcus

1. I cannot reproduce this

1. I cannot reproduce this bug. I went to that folder and exported references in BibTeX format without any error message.

2. I can reproduce this bug. There are several folders in your database having the same name. This bug will be fixed in the next patch release. Folders should be able to have the same name.

Done, I sent you two files

Done, I sent you two files (because my database is very large).

Another point which can be important to this problem:
When I create a new reference in folder "Geschichte" this reference is saved, but not in this folder (even if this is indicated when opening the reference). I retrieve it only via a search. In other folders newly created references are visible in the folder (but I haven't tested it on all folders).

Thank you very much
Marcus
