I am using version 7.22 on Vista. In accordance with the new folders and categories structure, I moved all my references to a single "Research" folder and deleted all the old reference folders that are now categories.
The folders successfully delete from the Folder List (left hand column) when it is displayed. However, when I use the "Toggle folder pane" icon (<<), the folder list that runs horizontally below the toolbars includes the deleted folders.

The folders listed on the horizontal bar just shows the last 10 folders you opened. After using Biblioscape for a few days, those deleted folders will be pushed out of the history list. Thanks.
Is there a customisation
Is there a customisation option to remove the bar entirely? Since folders now have no meaning for me, it is just a waste of screen real estate. What's more, since I have fewer than 10 folders in total, some of those deleted folders will never disappear.
You can open the file
You can open the file "...\Biblioscape x\global\fldHistList.txt" and delete unwanted folders there. You cannot remove that bar entirely. If you don't want that bar to show, you can manually resize the folder pane to make it very small instead of clicking the "Toggle folder pane" button. Thanks.
