I can add to my observations in http://support.biblioscape.com/node/1030:

"When I open in "Preview Pane | Links Tab" a link between a note (or a reference) which is residing in Main Folder "1" and this note residing in Main Folder "2" the links are messed up. All the links are opening always the first linked record I click on, not the record it should (I have more than one link to notes an to references for this note)."

this is not only true between Links residing in different Main Folders, but it seems that it is a general problem of this tab-function (the above mentioned behavior occurs also for links residing in the same Main Folder).
